The Work:
Served as an Associate Producer during various stages of production from research and pre-production to on-set work for the first-ever season of A Cheese Course. Hosted by third-generation cheese importer and extraordinary personality, Adam Jay Moskowitz, the series focused on eight long-form episodes that featured a slate of well-known creatives, chefs, cheesemakers, artisans, and musicians. Each episode was centered around a multi-course cheese tasting that became the centerpiece of fascinating conversations and often touched on both comedic moments and serious life moments.
As an associate producer, I helped research story narratives, isolate the best quotes, and establish our foray into publishing on YouTube and other social channels, including building episodic playbooks that helped navigate our production, editors, and design team. I also helped build the playbook and helped select each episode's best moments for shorts programming.
As of January 2026, the YouTube series content has crossed over 1M views, over 6M impressions, and more than 12k watch hours. Our episode with Hamilton Morris had two YouTube shorts from his full-length episode that generated nearly 1M views and continue to be a solid generator of growth for our YouTube Channel. All programming since October has been purely organic, with no paid advertising.
